Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn has been an actor for more than twenty years. Her most well-known character is Skyler White in her role on the AMC drama Breaking Bad, for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 as well as 2014 for Outstanding supporting actress in an Drama Series. She has also played Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. She fell in love acting at Preparatory school before moving to Ohio with her family in the early 1970s. She was a theatre student in the theatre department at Northwestern University and spent a year in the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her professional career with Chicago-area theaters for a couple of years. After that, she switched to television and film. Anna was chosen to play Arden in the TV show Down the Shore in the series of 29 episodes Down the Shore. At the beginning of 1990, she was a frequent guest in TV and film like Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood for two seasons. Skyler was the character she played on Breaking Bad. Sully in addition to Deadwood was another film she starred in.
